Certain things amaze me. Like a great-tasting yogurt with only 50 calories, 0 grams of fat, and 5 grams of fiber! That’s unreal!! Yoplait has done it again with the release of their Fiber One yogurt which is now available at your local Safeway family of stores. With four flavors to choose from, you’re sure to find one that makes your taste buds happy.

After looking over my options, I decided to go with the strawberry flavor Yoplait Fiber One. When I got home, I put one in the fridge, two in the freezer (I have to hide them from my 7-year-old somehow! ;) ), and kept one out to try right away because I was hungry for a little snack. My first taste was so delicious and creamy – I love the little strawberry bits! I’m not a huge yogurt fan so I was really impressed by the taste, not to mention the fact that it was only 50 calories, no fat, and has 20% of my recommended daily fiber intake – BONUS! Later that night, my two children and I ate the two that were in the freezer. If you’ve never tried to freeze yogurt, you should!
