After an amazing and overwhelming response in August for JCPenney’s free haircuts for kids program – 1.6 million haircuts, to be exact – they will be making it a permanent offer every Sunday!
According to a JCPenney spokeswoman, “We served a lot of different types of families,” she said. She noted that the program did “help to stretch families’ budgets.”
