There are a lot of ways to get swagbucks on the site! Surveys, viideos, searches, games. I've already cashed out $100 from them.

Yes, I guess you could call it an instant win. Basically when you use Swagbucks to search, you have a random chance to win Swagbucks (an image will pop-up on the screen). Sometimes I've won on a single search, and other times I've done about 10 searches before winning. It's random. :)
