Emerald Breakfast on the go is offering a new, healthy option to help start your mornings right! Breakfast on the go‘s new Oatmeal Nut Blends are pre-portioned, low calorie, breakfast and snack options and feature:
- 200 calories or less per pouch
- 3 grams of dietary fiber
- 3 to 4 grams of protein
- Lots of flavors: Maple & Brown Sugar, Apples & Cinnamon, Blueberries & Creme
Eating whole grains, like oatmeal, has been shown to help keep weight off, but oatmeal is difficult to eat on the go and in a hurry. Emerald Breakfast on the go provides the benefits of oatmeal, but in a pouch making it easier to carry and eat, perfect for those busy dieters. And, like the other Breakfast on the go flavors, the new oatmeal blends are part of the Labels for Education program, worth 10 points.
Thanks to Emerald, my family and I had the opportunity to try new Breakfast on the go Oatmeal Nut Blends. We are big fans of the Breakfast on the go line so I knew we would love these. We sampled all 3 varieties sent and loved all of them although the Maple & Brown Sugar was our favorite. Plus, eating a pack for breakfast kept me full until lunch time.. love that!
