My Thoughts
As some of you know, my Mom was visiting from out of state for a week. While she was here, I received a wonderful little package from Alouette which included several containers of the new Alouette Light Spinach & Artichoke Spreadable Cheese. As soon as I took them out of their refrigerated shipping container, my Mom chimed in, “well I am a little hungry” (her not-so-subtle hint). So I opened up one of the containers, busted out a pack of crackers as well as some potato chips and tortilla chips (hey.. you gotta see what it tastes best with!), and we dove right in. And in about 10 minutes, it was completely devoured. All of it. The new Alouette Light Spinach & Artichoke Spreadable Cheese is so delicious and I feel so much better about eating it since it has 50% less fat and 30% less calories.

And for a funny side note, my Mom texted me the day after she got home. Her text was this: “I cannot find that Alouette cheese we had anywhere! But I’ll keep looking.” How cute is she? I also told her I would be holding a giveaway on my blog and she instructed me to send her the link once it was live so she could enter.
