Child #2“Look, it’s AWESOME!”

That’s what he said when I walked into his room. He was covered head to toe in a combination of baby powder and butt cream.

Did you know that butt cream does not wash off easily? Yeah.. I didn’t know that either.

This is first time child #2 has done this. Child #1 did it twice (and was much more dramatic). And we finally got it on camera! Yay! (Why am I excited about this?)

Oh and PS.. my husband said “don’t post that crap.” My response was, “Why not? It happens to almost every parent at least once.” So here it is… Enjoy, at my expense.

Apparently it snowed at his Little People Airport The butt cream. I love the baby powder fingerprints everywhere. Over in the corner, the baby powder was about 1/4 inch thick. As if baby powder and butt cream weren't enough... Just when I thought I had seen it all, he said "Look here Mommy!" You can't see it very well but the window sill holds about 1/4 inch of powder. And butt cream is smeared on the window.

We’ve never used a baby powder and I was always wondering about it. Now I know what it is for…))) We keep baby items locked, but accidents happen. One day a diaper cream was forgotten on the floor and my baby ate some of it. We called the poisonous center and they reassured us that it’s not that bad.

Isn’t it amazing what kids will do? My youngest sucked on a glade plug-in scented oil thingy about a year ago. Called poison control and they said the same thing.. we just watched him and waited it out.

      Kids are stressful! LoL

But I was lucky enough it was just the powder but I could see how the butt cream would be so hard to clean up, kindof greasy.

My oldest tries to blame everything on his little brother too! It’s funny how that works. ;)

I was cleaning the butt cream tube off and it got all over my hands and wouldn’t come off. I had to wash them like 10 times!

Your dang right it does! I had my neice and nephew over when my two girls got into, so that a huge mess! They all tried to blame it the youngest one, but they were covered in it also. Crazy kids.

aw you pooper….I wanted to see the boys covered in powder..LOL hang in there gurlie, it happens to the best of us :0) Mine likes to get into the tampons and thinks they are the coolest thing, pulling them all apart and swinging them around like a toy. Tell the hubs…lighten up, it’s just a Mommy thing :0)

I laughing, in the sympathetic, totally, “I could see my 3 yr old doing the same thing” kind of way. I better keep that stuff stored far away from the Little People! :) At least you know you have creative kids, even if it means periodic long clean-up jobs.

    Ohhh….Jenny. Bless your heart. :/

  7. Jessica Purple says:

OMG! Not how you wanted to spend the next hour or so, I assume. Good thing he’s cute!

    • Jenny says:

Yeah it took about 2 hours to clean up. Pinesol’d the walls and furniture, cleaned the windows, had a bathtub full of powder covered toys.. it goes on and on. LoL
